In that time he has served as a senior developer on several projects including a highly personalized e-commerce site called beautyscene.com, a business plan evaluation system for Internet incubator campsix, and an advanced real estate selection and evaluation ASP for Vectiv. Ben has extensive experience with object and data modeling and high-level system architecture, as well as the nuts and bolts programming skills needed to get projects done. His core experience is with Java, but he is also proficient in Visual Basic/Visual Basic Script, Tcl and Perl. Prior to working for Silicon Age, Ben was a software engineer at WebMD. Ben enjoys camping, gardening, and cooking. He also operates www.codegarden.com, a website for programmers.
